The one-day advanced course is intended for those already successfully using Microsoft Project to manage individual projects that now need to use some advanced techniques. You will learn the key elements of multiple project management using shared resources and how to apply that knowledge using the robust features of Microsoft Project. You will learn to create a resource pool contour resources use formulas in cells, link tasks across projects and more. Exercises reinforce your learning and there is time allotted for you to work on your own projects.
