    • Exchange Server
    • SQL Server

  • Premium Server Support Services Include:
    • Remote Monitoring Agent
    • System Health Reports on a weekly basis
    • Critical Alert Triage
    • Intrusion Detection
    • Monitor servers
    • Service Availability
    • Anti-Virus, Malware and Spyware
    • Event Log

  • Desktop/Laptop/Device/Printer Support ($12 per device per month)
  • Desktop/Laptop/Device/Printer Support Services Include:
    • Remote Monitoring Agent
    • Monitoring of desktops, laptops, devices and printers
    • Monitoring Anti-Virus, Malware and Spyware
  • One Time Set-up
    • $100 per server
    • $10 per desktop/laptop device 
       
  • Systems Engineer Consulting Rates
    • All support and project time beyond monitoring will be invoiced at the Ad-Hoc rate of $150 per hour. If there is a prepaid block of time remaining time will be deducted from that.
    • Ad-hoc $150/hr
    • 40 Hour Block Time $140/hr
    • 100 Hour Block Time $130/hr
    • Minimum time billing increment is 15 minutes
